With multiple stakeholders operating in frontier territory, it becomes complicated to manage the expectations, commitments and deliveries of all the partners.  For this reason, Cazneau takes a project management role in Phase III, ensuring that Colab Partners deliver on their commitments to implement the co-designed solutions.   

This project management includes securing, coordinating or leveraging investment from across the capital layer cake.  The capital process is particularly vital when working in new or emerging markets where clearly defined capital systems don’t exist.  Cazneau has experience engaging different types of investors and financial tools from across the capital spectrum, from commercial to government and everything in between.  Pulling these players together around opportunities is partly about structure and partly about having the right investment tools - but mostly it's a human art.
